Your RaffleLink Classic raffles
Bring your history from RaffleLink Classic (our previous platform) into your dashboard — view old raffles, download their reports, and re-run one.
If your organisation ran raffles on RaffleLink Classic — our previous platform — you can bring that history across into your new dashboard. Once it's linked, you can see your old raffles, download their reports and tax invoices, and even re-run one as a fresh raffle.
Import your Classic history
Go to Settings → RaffleLink Classic and choose Import my Classic history. RaffleLink matches your account against the Classic archive and shows you a preview before anything is linked — confirm it, and your history is connected.
A few things can happen when it looks you up:
- It finds a match → you'll see a summary (raffle count, years, a few titles) to Confirm import.
- It finds more than one organisation you have access to → you pick the right one.
- It can't find or can't verify you → your account email needs to be verified and match a contact on the Classic raffles. If it still can't, email support@rafflelink.com and we'll link it manually.
You might be nudged automatically
You may not have to go looking. If you've just created your organisation, a Welcome back to RaffleLink card offers to Claim your history. If your org already exists but isn't linked, a Your Classic history is waiting card appears on your Raffles page with an Import my history button.
View your Classic raffles
Once linked, a Classic raffles item appears in your sidebar. It lists every raffle you ran on Classic — with tickets sold, gross sales, and the years — described as "Raffles your organisation ran on RaffleLink Classic, our previous platform." For each raffle you can:
- View the full details (prizes, questions, sponsors, sales, and the result). The detail view has its own Download PDF button.
- Download one of three files from its Download menu:
- Sales report (CSV) — the buyer-level detail. Because it holds buyer data, this one only appears for org Admins.
- Tax Invoice/Receipt (PDF).
- Raffle details (PDF) — a text-only summary of how the raffle was set up (dates, packs, questions, prizes, sponsors, states). Handy to hand to whoever runs the raffle next.
These are read-only records of what already happened on Classic — you can't edit a Classic raffle, only view and download it.
Re-run a Classic raffle
Want to run one of your old raffles again? Choose Replicate on it. As the confirmation explains, it "creates a new draft raffle you finish in the builder — dates, states and pricing stay editable; nothing is copied until you confirm." Your Classic raffle stays untouched in your history; you get a fresh draft pre-filled from it, ready to update and activate like any new raffle.
Who can do this
Importing Classic history is an Admin action, and only organisations that actually ran raffles on Classic will find a match. Once linked, anyone with access to the history can view the raffles and download the two PDFs; the Sales report (CSV) contains buyer-level data, so it stays hidden unless you're an org Admin. If you ran under a different name or email, contact support@rafflelink.com and we'll reconcile it for you.
