Buying tickets
How to choose your tickets and pay securely on RaffleLink.
Buying tickets takes a few short steps. You don't need an account — your tickets and any important updates are sent to the email you provide, so it's worth double-checking it's right.
The steps
- Choose your tickets. Pick a ticket type, then set the quantity. If the raffle offers ticket packs, you'll see those here too.
- Enter your details. Add your name and email, and confirm your state. We use your email to send your tickets and any updates about the raffle.
- Answer any questions. Some raffles ask a question or two at checkout. If this raffle doesn't, you'll skip straight to payment.
- Pay securely. Payment is handled through a secure payment provider. Once it goes through, you're in the draw.
Tickets are held while you check out
When you start a purchase, your tickets are reserved for a short window so no one else can take them. If the timer runs out before you finish, your tickets are released and you'll need to start again.
After you've paid
You'll see a confirmation straight away, and a confirmation email lands in your inbox with your ticket numbers. Keep that email — it's how you find your tickets again later. You can also download a PDF for each ticket.
What shows on your statement
RaffleLink purchases appear on your card statement as RAFFLELINK* followed by the raffle's short name, so you can recognise the charge.
If your state isn't listed
Raffles can only be sold in certain states, depending on where the organiser is licensed to run them. If your state isn't in the list, the raffle isn't available to you and tickets can't be purchased — this is down to local raffle rules, not anything you've done.
